Quick fix:

• On account creation, you need to answer the email sent to the email mentioned at subscription, else your account will remain pending of approval.
• Your login IS NOT your email. Your login is the login name you gave when opting-in.
• Generic login to any Yeesshh advertiser platform is here. You may try alternative Urls to log in:
  • My.yeesshh (pop mobile): https://my.yeesshh.com/advertiser/login
  • MyDSP (pop desktop): https://mydsp.yeesshh.com/login.php
  • Eureekkaa (push notifications): https://push.eureekkaa.com/advertiser/login

Blocked account:

• If you try to login too many times with wrong credentials, your IP will be blocked. You need to ask Yeesshh support to get your IP unblocked

• If you make a refund claim to your payment service processor, your account is systematically blocked. If you need a refund, talk to us first. See also our refund policy. 

• If you have pushed repeatedly a banned campaign (malware, phishing), your account will be suspended with no right to refund, as per our TnCs.

Tip: If your IP is blocked and have correct credentials, use a VPN to change your IP and log into your account. That will allow to move on until your IP is unblocked.
