Platform: Clone a campaign

Cloning a campaign allows to keep most parametres and only change a couple of them to make a new campaign

{myDSP} Targeted domain: When you clone a campaign, you can change the targeted domain immediatelly after doing the cloning. Beware, once saved, you will not be able to change the domain any more, as the edit function do not allow trageted domain change.
