DSP & MyDSP – How and When You Receive Your Invoices

Automatic invoicing, pre-payment invoice requests, and how to retrieve a missing invoice.

🧾 Automatic Invoicing After Payment

When you add funds via the DSP or MyDSP self-serve platform:

Your invoice is automatically sent within 48 working hours after we receive your payment.

This applies to all payment methods: card, PayPal, wire, or SEPA direct debit.


📩 Need an Invoice Before Payment?

If you require an invoice before making a payment, this is possible only for:

  • Wire transfers

  • SEPA direct debit payments (Eurozone)

To request a pre-payment invoice:

  1. Email admin@yeesshh.com

  2. Use subject line: "PRE-PAYMENT INVOICE"

  3. Include:

    • Your account ID

    • The amount you plan to pay


🔄 Missed or Didn't Receive Your Invoice?

If you didn’t receive an invoice after payment (regardless of payment method), request it by emailing:

  • admin@yeesshh.com

  • Use subject: "INVOICE REQUEST"

  • Include:

    • Your account ID

    • Date of payment

    • Amount paid
