DSP & MyDSP – Why Was My Payment Declined or Marked as Pending?

Common reasons for paused top-ups and how to resolve them quickly

⏸️ Your Payment May Be Paused or Declined

When topping up your DSP or MyDSP account, payments can be paused (pending) or declined if verification is incomplete. Here’s how to resolve it quickly based on your payment method:


💳 Credit Card Payments – ID Verification Required

To protect against fraud, we only accept credit card payments when the following condition is met:

✅ You must provide a picture of a valid photo ID that matches the cardholder's name.

  • ⏱️ If not received, your payment will be put on hold

  • ⛔ If no ID is provided within 48 hours, a refund will be issued automatically


🅿️ PayPal Payments – Email Mismatch Handling

To ensure compliance, we only accept PayPal payments from the account that is:

✅ Linked to the email address that signed our Terms and Conditions
(this happens automatically when you opt-in on the platform)

If you pay using a different PayPal account:

  • Your payment will be put on hold

  • We will send a new Insertion Order (IO) to the PayPal email used

  • ✅ Sign that IO to release the funds to your account
