Troubleshooting Traffic and Conversions
No Traffic
If you receive zero traffic, check the "no traffic" FAQ first.
Low Traffic
If your campaign receives very few impressions, here are the most common causes and fixes:
-
Campaign pacing is set to "Evenly"
➤ If your daily budget is under $200, set your pacing to “ASAP” to get volume faster. -
You uploaded an IP whitelist but also selected carriers or countries
➤ Deselect all carriers and countries — let the IP list alone do the targeting. -
Your targeting is too narrow
➤ Check "Impressions/Requests" in your stats. If it's under 100,000/day, your targeting is too strict. Loosen filters like OS, browser, or carrier. -
Low maximum spend
➤ Campaigns limited to less than $200/day will get low volume. Remove any hard cap if possible. -
Low bid
➤ If your bid is too low, others get the traffic. Start with the recommended bid (see bid guidelines) and adjust later.
➤ Your campaign "Position" (in stats) should be 1 for maximum traffic or < 1.002 to stay competitive. -
Campaign is not optimized
➤ See how to optimize your campaign and apply domain/feed/subid-level blacklisting or adjustments.
No Conversions
No conversions could mean:
-
Postback is not set up correctly
➤ Check that your “Goal” is defined and matches your tracking platform settings. -
Low test volume
➤ If you spent less than $150, results are likely inconclusive. Gather enough data first. -
Wrong targeting or broken URL
➤ Make sure your URL loads correctly, and geo/OS/carrier targeting matches your audience. -
Reminder: Yeesshh is a CPV platform
➤ Traffic is paid per view/click. It is your responsibility to assess conversion quality — no refunds for low performance.
Poor Conversions
You’re getting clicks, but no or few conversions? Try the following:
-
Not optimized
➤ Use the feed and subID reports to blacklist unprofitable sources. Ask us — we can automate this for you. -
Insufficient budget
➤ Don’t expect immediate results. Let the campaign run for at least 3–4 hours and 150,000 impressions before analyzing. -
Landing page issues
➤ Make sure it’s fast-loading, relevant, and mobile-friendly.
